salted gooseberry (amla), full of vitamin c, with lots of nutritious value
can have in any form,salted ,sweet or even raw.
Ingredients-
amla- 8 piece
salt 2 tsp
turmeric powder=1/2 tsp
water -2 ful glass
Method-
add salt and turmeric in water and boil it. once boil,switch off the flame. keep aside till it becomes warm. once warm take clean jar, put amlas in it.pour warm water in it. close the jar and keep for 2 weeks untouched. after 2 weeks check whether it became soft or not.
this salted alma can have everyday and salted amla can keep for months in salted water.
