I posted this food review that I did in my hometown of Stratford, CT the other day; on Facebook and IG. The Owner had a few "choice words" because my boy called out one of his employees for some QUESTIONABLE customer service when we had arrived. Let us be FOREVER so clear; as Critics our job is to CRITIQUE both the FOOD and our EXPERIENCE. Due to all that is going on, I wanted to showcase more Mom & Pop Businesses but it is NOT FAIR to THINK that I am going to give YOUR establishment "SPECIAL TREATMENT" over everyone else that I review, just because you are located in my hometown. Everyone has a bad day (I Get That) but I also have seen Owners move folks around in an establishment and NOT put their employees in a position of dealing directly with their Customers on those Bad Days. I have been doing THIS for the past 11 years and when Restaurants succeed in some areas and fail in others (I SPEAK ON IT) All they do is take the review as a learning opportunity to make improvements and come back STRONGER but YOU rather take the low road and make threats? NOT WISE AT ALL......
