WrMTrck build101004 - on-the-fly analysis of virtual stacks

A video showcasing the new features in the 101004 build of the wrMTrck plugin. The plugin now accepts thresholded images in addition to binary images. Moreover, the plugin now allows on-the-fly background subtraction and thresholding of virtual stacks using a simple background subtraction algorithm. This means that large movies can be analysed even on machines with limited memory available.
