Good Morning Guys! Yup I did a bit of a rant.. Sorry about that LOL it just had to be said. So we got this chicken on discount and I bought some.. Well I bought more than I thought. How am I going to cook all this chicken. I thought I would put it on the BBQ. Who doesn't love BBQ in the winter. So I filled the jars to 1 inch head space and then added a bit of chicken stock. wiped the rim of the jars. added a lid and a ring and processed for 75 minutes. alright guys that's our canning video for today..
