Sir Cliff Richard supports our Big Give Campaign

Sir Cliff Richard has signalled his support for Wiltshire Air Ambulance on the day the charity launches a brand new £40,000 fundraising campaign. The Big Give “Double Your Donation” Christmas Challenge sees the charity look to secure funding for four brand new Night Vision Goggles to be used by the aircrew in emergency missions. At this time of the year, more than half of Wiltshire Air Ambulance’s lifesaving operation is carried out in darkness. Legendary singer Sir Cliff, 81, has thrown his support behind the service in a special social media video. He says: “I’m speaking to you on behalf of the Wiltshire Air Ambulance team, who travel through the air to save people’s lives. “They do a fantastic job, but it takes £4 million a year to run so I’m hoping some of you will feel that you could support this wonderful charity.” Every donation made to the Big Give Christmas Challenge will be doubled.
