Ingredients Rava 1 cup Wheat flour 2 spoons Salt Cooking soda/baking soda (optional) Water for mixing Oil In a mixi jar add sooji/rawa, wheat flour and grind into fine powder. Now take into bowl and add salt, mix well without any lumps into smooth dosa batter. Once dosa pan is hot add a laddle full of batter and shape into a round dosa.
