My cheekbones now look fuller and more defined whereas the id="hidden6" lower part of my cheeks have gone inside and it has helped me a lot with my jawline too! I aint gonna lie this can improve and define your whole facial structure

    1) drinking more water
    2) eating healthier
    3) going t 4) and doing 10 of these daily aside another exercise for the jaw
