@NabilElJaouhari7 years agoI' m not sure why would you use butter? This is a traditional cake made with olive oil only. And you are suppose to soak the semolina in the olive oil. 3

@celdebal54433 years agoI' m lebanese and have had this cake many times. I tried your recipe and found that there is way too much turmeric used in this recipe. 1 table spoon is plenty. Otherwise the recipe is good.
