HAPPI 2017!! I was feeling pretty motivated, so editing was enjoyable- I just had to go with a tight schedule during the holidays since im supposed to be studying for mock IB exams aiii trying rendering this tho is another story basically I wanted to be all flashy for the new year but my computer couldnt really handle all the effects and uh it was a nightmare, but fortunately kevin da gawd helped me so much and he’s probably tired of me saying thank you x100 but ill say it again THANK YOU HOMIE also, something that bugged me about my last mds new year part is that it was so uncoordinated and all over the place which.. makes sense because I am such a scatter-brained person so I tried improving on that weakness here and I gave myself a mini theme specifically to help me focus and harmonise everything I got inspiration for that here: /watch/cDX0WK3uM5Du0 I'm still struggling to define my style tho! I feel like I've never really edited in a way that I can call my own or in a way that is truly me I get so easily influenced by things i see or other people, so I'm still trying to find whatever feels most authentic to me. I want to be more myself and let that show in my editing though I have still never truly been satisfied with my work itself, I do feel fairly happy with the progress! oh and I didn’t have the energy to mask or properly remove credits so if you look really close you can see all these imperfections but if you, uh, squint your eyes and look from afar or watch in 144p it’s not too noticeable! ...
