Hide and Seek biscuits have been one of my favourites growing up and today we recreate these comforting treats at home🥰🙌🏻 It is a lot easier than you think and it tastes just like the real deal, if not better 💁🏻‍♂️ Ingredients 🍫1+1/2 cup wholewheat flour 🍫1/4 cup cocoa powder 🍫3/4 cup jaggery powder 🍫1/2 tsp baking powder 🍫1/2 cup butter, cold 🍫8-10 tbsp milk 🍫1/4 cup chocolate chips Process- 1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree celsius and line the baking tray with parchment paper. 2. ⁠In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients- wholewheat flour, cocoa powder ,jaggery powder, baking powder. Mix them well. 3. ⁠Add cold butter to the dry ingredients. Using your fingers incorporate the butter into the mixture until it resembles a like coarse crumbs. 4. ⁠Now add milk and combine everything together. 5. ⁠Roll out the prepared dough to a thickness of approximately 0.5 cm between two sheets of parchment paper. 6. ⁠Sprinkle chocolate chips over the rolled-out dough, then roll it again. 7. ⁠Using a chopstick or ice cream stick, create diagonal dents on the rolled-out dough.
