The earth is orbited by a celestial body we call the moon. Its existence affects life on our planet. For example, the ebb and flow of the tides can be traced back to the moon. But what if we told you that the Earth might have a secret second moon? You’d probably think we were crazy, because how could an entire celestial body be kept secret? Assuming that this second moon were similar to the known moon, we’d have to agree with you, of course. However, in this video, we want to take a closer look at the historical considerations of a second moon and its hypothetical existence, revisiting the possibility.

@MichaelThompson-jq3zf3 years agoThe idea there was an Earth 2nd moon in the past is quite feasible. A book titled 'The Janos People' by Frank Johnson published in 1980, mentions this alleged fact. Very interesting read about a true story of 'a close encounter of a 4th kind' involving an English family - which happened in England. *The beings which landed, talk about a 2nd moon which fragmented due to heavy mining & it's closeness to Earth - hence it's strong gravitational pull - spilling it's surface contents on the Earth & causing darkness for a lengthy period of time. ...

@KJApexxmedia55113 years agoEarth has never had a second moon however the earth had a ring at one point on time and the ring was caused by a collision of the earth so big that debris floated around the planet and then the moon formed.
