@jamesmichealwhitehead6005last year I'm a 63 year old disabled VETERAN living in W.V., The recipes are great and helped me in making Hemp Tincture and oils for my fellow VETERANS the VA doesn't show much concern TOWARDS "VETERANS" dealing with PAIN and PTSD anymore !

@echandler6734 years ago If you drizzle some MCT oil on the measuring spoon before you measure the lecithin it will run off the spoon very easily 😊 131

@nomadicsoul342 years ago I grind my flower in a bullet then decarb for 90mins in a insta pot. 16g of cbd flower mixed with tea spoon of sunflower lecithin , add enough mct to make a fluid paste then with a capsule filler fill capsules with the whole plant materal without straining ( i dont want to wast anything). This fills about 100 caps. My cbd is about 15% so by my calcs i get about 24mg of cbd in each cap. ... 8

@JC-7092 years ago Primary use of lecithin is to combine two immiscible liquids I.e. oil & water. That’s why we use them in gummy making. It helps with bioavailability however a little goes a long ways & have never seen folks use this much before. Typically teaspoon or two not tablespoons. I give it to my old dogs and they respond greatly. I also use it and it works better than the isolate cbd that i used to make that costs a fortune. @wbriggs1113 years ago I check the CBD oil on myself. When I have a new batch I will see how it works over a week of using it at normal dose.( just shy of half a dropper) If it works by reducing the pain to a manageable level or I adjust it till it does. 30 cents a day is a cheap fix for pain relief and a good night sleep. I take mine at bed time,but very rarely, it may take a few drops more after a couple hours of sleep later to relieve the pain to a better level. ... 4

@jedmartin89623 years ago great info ,just made some here in Aussie Land ...one quickie . you decarbed ,then pulled out of the oven , said smells great {same same} , then put in MBN. ...book says to let cool as it preserves phytonutrients ..... another you tube showed ol mate letting his box cool to 60 . whats the scoop ? Imine probably went down to 60 then in the pot into the oil , but after4 hours was only done down to 50% . bud and lecithin still dry above , so compressed with spatular and red set for another 4 hrs came out beautiful and the bottom of the MBN had a clump of finish exactly like a coffee perculator , ...whats your decarb take on that cheers Mungass .... ...
