Ek Bar Ghar Par try Keejiye Ye Tasty Recipe. #Gajarkahalwa #Carrothalwarecipe #Instantgajarhalwarecipe Ingredients:- * Carrot (गाजर) - 1 kg * Milk (दूध) - 1 liter * Ghee (घी) - 3 tbsp * Sugar (चीनी) - 150-200 grams * Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर) - some * Dry Fruits (मेवे) - some RECIPE: Cut some Carrots in small pieces and grind it in the mixer jar. Don’t grind it continuously just grind it for some seconds. Boil some Milk till it becomes 1/4th of its initial quantity and make it thick. Take another pan, put some Ghee and grinded Carrots in it. Cook the Carrots for 5-7 mins till it gets dry. After then, put the thick Milk in it and cook it on high flame to make it dry. When it gets dry, put some Sugar, Cardamom Powder and then cook it for some time. At last you can put some Ghee in it and then turn off the flame. Serve it in a bowl and garnish it with some chopped Dry Fruits.
