Issue: If the excuse is lifted at the end of the time, such as if the menstruating woman became pure, or the sleeper became insane, or the sleeper became healthy. If the time expands, performing the two prayers with ablution is obligatory 💥 Likewise, if the time is extended for the noon prayer, for example, and a rak’ah of the afternoon prayer. And if he did not realize that except with tayammum, this must be done. 💥 If there was only time left for the afternoon prayer, even if it was only one rak’ah, he would offer it with tayammum. 💥 If he doubts the lack of time, he can build on his capacity. Issue: It is not permissible to pray before the time begins, except with knowledge, confidence or trust in it, just as it is sufficient to call the trustworthy, knowledgeable person. If he doubts that the time has come, then it is obligatory to delay it until the knowledge or trust in it is obtained. Issue: If the time has begun and he prays, then it turns out that it all took place before the time began, or if he prayed at the time less than one rak’ah, the prayer is invalid and must be repeated. And if he prays one or more rak’ahs at the time, it is valid.
