Full Recipe: Berry Cobbler 2cups Blueberries (washed) 2cups Strawberries (washed) 2cups Peaches (washed) 2Tbsp Brown Sugar 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract 1 1/2tsp Cornstarch Method: In a small pot add berries and cook for 7-10mins on low heat. Proceed to add strawberries and cook for 1min, then add peaches for an additional minute. Add vanilla extract, and cornstarch (turn off heat at this time), mix until well incorporated. Chill and set aside. Whipped Cream 2cups Heavy Cream 2Tbsp Powdered Sugar 1 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract Method: Whisk in a bowl until stiff peaks (if whipped cream holds a peak when lifted, YOUR ON THE MONEY). Fold in vanilla extract. Crumble Topping 1 1/4cup Ap Flour 2/3cup Brown Sugar 1tsp Cinnamon 1/2cup Butter, cubed (Place in freezer, for best results) 2/3cup Shaved Almonds Method: Combine cubed butter and flour in a bowl, and rub together until the mixture resemble crumbs. (Work quick, since your hands produce heat, and can affect the overall product if the butter begins to melt.) Add cinnamon, brown sugar, almonds and combine into flour, butter crumb mixture. In a sheet pan with parchment paper, spread mixture evenly. Bake at 350F (10-15mins). Plating: Spoon a good amount of the chilled berry mixture at the bottom of a plate, then add as much whipped cream as you like. and top with crumble topping. Remember K.I.S.S.
