Liminal Space is the interim time of a transition--when we've left behind or been pushed out of what is comfortable and familiar, but have yet to enter into a new normal. "The term liminal comes from the Latin word limen meaning threshold and is most often acknowledged in cultures that celebrate rights of passage. True rituals intentionally create liminality to hold the tension between one space and another. In these transitional moments of our lives is where authentic transformation can happen." Richard Rohr May this practice allow you to surrender to the discomfort of the unknown in order to make space for something new to emerge.
