Ms.Maria & Mr.Singh Restaurant in Bangkok | Indian Mexican Restaurant in Bangkok

World famous chef, Gaggan Anand, have opened a new restaurant in Bangkok’s Ekkamai neighborhood called Ms Maria & Mr. Singh. The restaurant officially opened for service on 6 March 2020, and word about town seems to be quite positive. I decided to give this restaurant a try myself. After all, it isn’t very common in Bangkok to see an amalgamation of Mexican with Indian cuisine and that too from a renowned chef like Gaggan Anand. It’s supposedly the story of a Mexican girl (Ms Maria) and an Indian boy (Mr. Singh) who meet and fall in love. Each has a passion for cooking, which is reproduced in a menu that is romantically influenced by both cultures. This video gives you a look at the interior of this beautiful Indian Mexican restaurant, the ambience and the amazing food it has to offer. Dishes include everything from Indian to Mexican and they have a unique romantic theme for serving the food. We will have a look at the creative menu and the prices of this restaurant. Also, I will show some of the dishes I ordered. In terms of ambience, the restaurant looks casual, colourful, and approachable. It will be an overall refreshing experience. Thank you for watching.
