8-10 thin strips fresh ginger
1 large white/yellow onion sliced
3-4 Red dried chillies
1 Tbsp garlic ( chopped)
1 ½ Carrots (julienne)
1 large size green bell pepper (julienne)
1 medium red bell pepper (julienne)
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp – Sriracha hot sauce/or any
2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
4 Tbsp light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp white distilled Vinegar
Green onion /scallion for garnish
Shrimp/chicken – optional
1 packet Hakka Noodles ( 150gm) I used 2 and 1/2
