@nishoreomcflurrylast year I started studying korean with billy gos beginners course and im not sure what made me do this but i got into the habit of reviewing the past 3 gra id="hidden3"mmars/video content before i started the new video, so as a beginner, i was constantly reviewing. It became pretty much a habit for me and im so grateful that it did become that because that formed an excellent foundation of korean for me to build upon. As an intermediate learner i still prioritise reviewing more than new content and i feel so satisfied with where i stand because even if i dont know a lot of grammar and vocab, im atleast 75-80% confident with everything i have studied so far. Consistency and reviewing. These are the two tips i give to people who ask me because these have helped me immensely and continue to help me even now. Your videos always make me think. I love that. ...Expand 118

@arawisarchenlandzka3779last year Revisions are so important! Because let' s be honest, korean grammar (when you grasp the basics) seems so easy. All you have to do is to add a certain and also last tip: use everything in practise. Read a lot. Translate a lot. Write a lot. Speak a lot. It works, honestly. Even if you commit the most stupid mistakes, at least you will remember it better: d from my own personal experience i know that it works. Recently i wrote a comment in english (i am not a native english speaker) and in that comment i wrote " on 1. 5 speed" and " in 1. 5 speed" yeah, two mistakes, i didn' t realise i had done them on one comment)then somebody responded and wrote " at 1. 5 speed" that person didn' t correct me, just used that words in a sentence. And believe, now i really remember what is the correct form: d
thanks for sharing with us your tips: d

@bubblea750last year Ah when i saw your notification i smiled so big! I really needed this reminder! Ive been studying for a little over a year now and sometimes i fe id="hidden11"el like i should be further than what i am, so i have to remind myself that everyones journey is different. Im still trying to figure out what really works for me and im working on trying new things. Lately its been using more native content and actually speaking out loud. Ive realized that most of my growth has come from letting go of the fear of trying new ways of learning, so i have to continue trying those things even if it makes me uncomfortable. I agree that review is definitely important and you made me realize that i can do a better job of implementing that into my study plan. So thank you!

@nr-tx9bolast year So many people randomly throw out the m learningother language n the only words they know are the most basic ones after years of study. Im tired of it for some reason. People underestimate what it really takes to learn a language. The consistency and practice is everything. Even if ur doing a little a day its important to do it for a long time. Its also good to determine why ur learning a language. Everyone wants to learn korean now bc they love the culture when culture to them is only being obsessed with some or the other idol group. M not saying thats necessarily a bad thing but will it mean that u still see urself loving korean or the culture when u mive onto ur next obsession a few years later. U have to find a solid why as to why ur learning a language. ...Expand 3

@kaniko155last year I speak three languages so amma tell u this. Studying grammar for any language is useless believe me or not u don' t need it. Just listen to the id="hidden44" language and try to copy those sentences that u heard and in the same time go translate it and try to listen to native people to know how to talk and react in any situation. And try to learn words also by hearing conversation cuz this is the best way to learn any language and its easy and won' t take alot of time u just need to practice. For writing learn the alphabet then try to write any words you know and read books or anything that could help you read. With the time and practice you will be just like a native speaker and make sure to correct ur accent. This how i learned arabic without any teacher or grammar stuff in a very young age. @matildawolfram468710 months ago Well done video! Many thanks to the author of the channel for thethe problem with many people is that they want to take a " magic pill" or get " secretand immediately have skills and abilities. However, the truth of life is that knowledge, skills, and abilities do not come by themselves. You can' t learn a foreign language without doing anything, without wasting your time and effort, just like you can' t learn to ride a bike lying on a comfy couch, listening to lectures and watching videos about " modern methods of learning" on a bike. To really learn something, you have to really practice every day. You' re going to fall down while you' re learning, and you' re going to get bumps - that' s normal! The ups and downs of learning are an integral part of our lives. Motivation from success and depression from failure will always be your study companions. However, every student has problems in his or her studies that he or she lacks the knowledge to solve. It can be: poor memorization of words; no progress in language learning; the student can speak, but does not understand speech by ear; of grammar; incorrect pronunciation, etc. Agree that a problem you don' t know how to solve is very demotivating. In order to find the answer to our question we have to spend a lot of time to read videos, articles and books by polyglots. In today' s world, we have to solve problems as quickly as possible. I don' t have time to study and analyze a huge amount of information. My goal is to master the basic knowledge of a foreign language as quickly as possible and already start earning money effectively in the international arena. I settled on the practical guide by yuriy ivantsiv " polyglot' s notes: practical tips for learning foreignthis book is always in my bag. If i have a problem while learning a language, i quickly find the answer in this book. There are many different techniques and tips for learning a foreign language in polyglot notes. I have made my own individual schedule and plan for language learning. Now i know what i am going to study, how i am going to study, when i am going to study and what results i am going to achieve. No problem could stop me! With an effective language learning plan my professional skills are more and more in demandevery day. Friends, don' t stop there! Everyone has talents that millions of people around the world need! Learn the language and make your ideas and dreams come true! Thanks to the author of the channel for the informative and useful video! Your videos motivate me. ...Expand
