for cooking:
basmathi / biriyani rice - 3 cups (soak 1 hour)
oil - 5 tbsp
ghee 4 tbsp
cinnamon - 2 nos
caradmom- 2 nos
cloves - 2 nos
star anise - 1 no
sliced onion - 3 nos
sliced tomatos -3 nos
green chilly - 4 nos
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
curd - 1 tbsp
mint leaves - a handful
corriander leaves - a handful
chicken stock - 1 no (optional)
red chilly powder - 3/4 tbsp
garam masala - 1 tbsp
roasted corriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
for decoration:
cashew nuts --little
