Our generation is extremely lucky as we have witnessed the mobile telephony, the internet and how they have dramatically impacted and disrupted our way of life to a huge extent. The Digital revolution has disrupted the way we watch TV and take photos and videos. Such disruptions led to the birth of a new breed of institution - the exponential organization (ExOs) - that had revolutionized how an institution can accelerate its growth by using technology and hence achieves performance benchmarks ten times than its peers. Today we are rapidly moving into a world that will dramatically look different that the world we've seen and felt in our life time so far. In the coming few years we are going to witness an explosion in the number of innovations as new innovators start to upload their products and services, and begin their new businesses online. My presentation is going to focus on the impact of the latter disruptions on our future, and how exponential technologies are going to disrupt the way we live our lives. It will also explain how ExOs like UBER and the GOOGLE will continue to grow exponentially in our life, and how it becomes an absolute necessity that we transition from linear to exponential. Or otherwise, if we have not transformed ourselves, institutions, universities, companies, business models, from linear to into exponential organizations, then it will not only seem as though our competition is racing away from us, but also that we sliding backwards at the breakneck speed into oblivion . This is a very futuristic presentation that is based on scientific data and facts which should be the concern of every leader and successful person.
