2 kentang saiz besar
2 sudu besar minyak
1 sudu besar lada sichuan
Bahan A
1 inci halia, dihiris halus
3 ulas bawang putih, dicincang
4 cili kering, direndam air panas
2 cili hijau, dihiris
Bahan B
1 sudu kecil kicap cair
½ sudu kecil gula kaster
1 sudu kecil cuka
1/2 sudu kecil minyak bijan
1 sudu kecil serbuk kaldu sayuran
1 sudu kecil sos tiram vegetarian
Garam, secukup rasa
1 daun bawang, dihiris kasar

2 large waxy potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
Ingredients A
1 inch ginger, julienned
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 dried red chilies, soaked for 15 mins
2 green chillies, julienned
Ingredients B
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tsp vegetable stock powder
1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce
Salt to taste
1 scallion (chopped)
