⬇⬇English recipe follows⬇⬇ 氣炸鍋照燒三文魚: 材料: 急凍三文魚扒1塊 芫荽1棵 紅辣椒1隻 調味料: 生抽1湯匙 魚露1湯匙 水1湯匙 黑椒1/2茶匙 糖1湯匙 處理: 1. 三文魚用清水解凍。 2. 魚浸了2、3分鐘之後,刮魚鱗。 3. 檢查清楚刮淨魚鱗,洗乾淨三文魚。 4. 將調味料表中的醬汁預備好。 5. 用廚紙輕手索乾魚身上的水。 6. 用醬汁調味,醃5分鐘。 7. 反轉三文魚,再醃5分鐘。 7. 切好芫荽粒及辣椒粒。 烹調: 1. 用200度預熱氣炸鍋3分鐘。 2. 放三文魚在瓦碟上,剩下的調味料都放在魚上。 3. 用180度,氣炸15分鐘。 4. 完成,上碟,放芫荽粒及辣椒粒在三文魚上面。 Airfrying teriyaki salmon: Ingredients: Salmon steak 1 pc Coriander 1 No. Red chili 1 No. Seasoning: Light soya sauce 1 tbsp Fish sauce 1 tbsp Water 1 tbsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Sugar 1 tbsp Preparation: 1. Defrost the salmon with tap water. 2. Scale the fish after soaking in water for 2~3 minutes. 3. Examine and rinse the salmon thoroughly. 4. Prepare the sauce as in seasonings above. 5. Dry the fish with kitchen towel lightly. 6. Use the seasonings above to season salmon for 5 minutes. 7. Flip over salmon, season for 5 minutes more. 8. Dice the coriander and red chilli well. Steps: 1. Preheat the airfryer at 200 C for 3 minutes. 2. Put salmon on a tile plate, and the remaining seasonings as well. 3. Airfry salmon at 180 C for 15 minutes. 8. Complete.
