In this series we will be going through the reason why I believe this isn't merely because of supply and demand, but because light novel platforms, be it publishers or web novels, are systematically and unintentionally rigged towards these tropes while putting sheer disadvantage towards any attempts to be unique. This week, we look at the web novels, the method more accessible, freer than contests, with more success stories at that. And yet, it hardly is better as an actual method to recruit writers.
