Dalvada , crispy tasty dalvada, easy to make dalvada can have with ketchup and green chutney. Ingredients- split bengal gram- chana dal- 150 gms onion chopped- 2 green chillis chopped-2 curry leaves-4 ginger-1/2 inch coriender- 1/2 bowl 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and cumin seeds carom seeds- 1/4 tsp salt oil rice flour- 2 tbsp Method- wash and soak split gram in water for 2 hours. after 2 hours, remove excess water. keep 1 tbsp soak chana dal aside and rest grind it. take grind chana dal in bowl, add soak chana dal, chopped, onions,green chillis, corinder, salt, rice flour, turmeric,cumin and carom seeds. mix. take small portion and make flat dal vada. heatoilo in pan, deep for vadas till golden brown. once oil is heated, reduce the flame to low and then fry on low flame. once all vadas are fried , serve with green chutney and ketchup.
