We will need:
Sliced mushrooms
Chopped onion
1 garlic clove
Butter
And cooking cream
To make the soup:
- Stir the onion with the butter.
- Then, add the mushroom, and the garlic clove.
- Stir, and add 1 liter of water. Let them simmer for 15 minutes.
- Afterward, blend the soup with a hand mixer.
- Add a cup of cooking cream, salt, white pepper, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
- To thickening the soup, mix 1 tbsp of cornstarch and cold water. Add this mixture into the soup, and mix until you reach the desired consistency.
And now, it is ready to be served.
