To make the marinade:
Add 1 egg,1 tsp turmeric,1 tsp ground cardamom, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1 tsp white or black pepper, 3 tsp salt, 6 tsp flour, 1 tsp mustard, 6 tsp lemon juice, 1 cup of water, and 2 garlic cloves.
- Mix very well until no lumps of flour left.
-Add 600 g of boneless chicken breast strips, and let them marinate for at least half an hour.
To prepare the flour mixture:
Add all-purpose flour, salt, ground cardamom, ginger powder, white pepper, and vegetable or chicken stock powder.
- Mix everything.
It's time to make the crispy chicken.
- Put the marinated chicken strips in the flour mixture
- Then, in cold water.
- And again, in the flour.
-Fry the chicken strips on both sides in hot oil, and let them cook on medium heat.
- When the strips are golden and crispy, remove them from the pan.
To make the cheese sauce:
Add 150 ml of cooking cream, and 6 cheddar cheese slices.
- Mix it and let it boil.
Now, everything is ready. Serve the crispy chicken with the cheese sauce.
